Legal information / Infinitum SARL
Privacy policy
Your data, how it is used and your rights.
Purpose of this policy
This policy describes the processing of personal data in connection with the Infinitum SARL website, the requests sent through its forms (contact and Flash Assessment) and online appointment booking. The reference framework is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), together with any other rules applicable to the processing concerned.
Form data
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. You may also give your organisation and the subject of your enquiry; these two fields are optional. The information you send is used to understand your needs, reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. Please limit your message to useful information and avoid including sensitive or confidential data that is not necessary.
The Flash Assessment on the AI readiness assessment page calculates your profile in your browser: your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the optional form that follows the result. If you ask to receive your result by email, your first name, last name and email address are used solely to send it to you; we do not keep them. If you agree to be contacted, we receive your first name, last name, email address, your organisation and job title if you provide them, your fifteen answers, your three profiles and the date, so that we can discuss these results with you. To prevent abuse, a technical fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be used to identify you, is kept for one hour.
Retention period
We keep the data submitted through the form for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on your enquiry. If no collaboration results from it, the data is deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange.
If your enquiry leads to an engagement, the data needed to carry it out is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the periods required by law, in particular ten years for accounting records (Article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
Access and recipients
Within Infinitum SARL, only the people responsible for handling your enquiry have access to this data, and they are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
The website and the form are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, in data centres located in Switzerland. Infomaniak processes the data on our behalf as a processor and may not use it for any other purpose. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our email service, which is also hosted in Switzerland. Apart from appointment booking, your data is not disclosed abroad.
The “Book a 30-minute call” button in the Flash Assessment opens the Google Calendar booking service, provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, United States). The information you enter there, such as your name, email address and chosen time slot, is processed by Google to manage the appointment and may be transferred to the United States; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Nothing is sent to Google until you click this button.
Technical data, audience measurement and cookies
When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time of the visit, page viewed, browser type) in log files. This data is used solely to keep the website running and secure. It is kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then deleted.
This site uses no cookies, no audience measurement tool and no advertising service. Fonts are hosted on our own server: loading them sends no data to third-party services. All exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
You may ask whether Infinitum processes personal data about you, obtain access to it and request its correction. Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may also request its deletion, object to its processing or ask for your data to be handed over or transferred. Send your request to Infinitum, stating what it concerns. We may need to verify your identity to protect your data.
Your request is handled free of charge, normally within thirty days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) (opens in a new tab).
External websites
Links to sources, partners or LinkedIn profiles lead to third-party websites. Their own privacy policies describe the processing they carry out.
Changes
We may update this policy, in particular if the website or the applicable law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page. This English version is provided for convenience: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
